Audiovisual activity for teachers – practical demonstrations of the use of games and activities in the 1st and 2nd classes of primary schools led both by native speakers and a Czech teacher.
STAND UP IF (activity demonstration)
Children, under the guidance of the instructor, learn colours on their clothes and at the same time the verbs of movement: „Stand up if you are wearing (blue). If you are wearing (blue), fly.“ The activity is described in the publication, Chapter Eight, then on the portal among Core activities under the topic Food.
STRETCHING (activity demonstration)
These are directly physical exercises (stretching, body relaxation). Children make appropriate movements according to the instructions of the teacher.
WHO SAID THAT? (activity demonstration)
While children have their eyes closed, one of them must say Hello to the others and change their voice while doing so. The rest of the pupils guess who it was. The activity is described in the publication, Chapter One, page 19, then on the portal among Core activities under the topic Greetings and Introductions.
