Target language: ball, car, doll, plane, robot, teddy bear, train etc..
Time: 5 minutes
Materials: bottle
- Sit the children in a large circle and spin a bottle.
- When the bottle stops it will be pointing to a child who you will need to encourage naming a toy.
- Once they have named a toy they can spin the bottle and the newly selected child must repeat the first toy and add another. And so the game continues.
Variation:
For more advanced children ask them to repeat the sentence: ”In the toy shop, there is a (car) a (doll) and a (train)” etc...
